In my lifetime I have watched people destroy their health as they attempted to lose weight. Others have lost weight and become healthier. I am convinced the key is finding the correct process for the individual.

We are all different, however, no one should stress out in an attempt to lose weight! Some people do not like to take supplements, others do not like to exercise. But, we must all realize, to lose weight, we must use more calories than we consume.
